Happiness from the inside out.

Yoga Flow Vinyasa

A combination of strength, stretching and balance postures that sculpt and condition the entire body. Incorporating classic yoga postures, emphasis is placed on smooth transitions from pose to pose, using the breath and encouraging a mindful, integrated movement by embracing a state of flow.

Our practice is powerfully energising as well as fully revitalising for all the internal systems of your body. By releasing tightness in the muscles and dissolving tension in the mind, we enable your body to rejuvenate and restore itself - bringing a sense of balance to your whole being. Each class concludes with a well-deserved deep relaxation.

Suitable for all levels.

Rise & Align Yoga Flow

Created for a morning practice. This dynamic hatha-style yoga class enhances fitness, strength, flexibility, increases energy and promotes a total state of wellbeing. This class warms the body from the inside out, loosening tight joints and awakening the muscles with a strong focus on breath and body alignment. Physical and mental tension is released as the mind becomes clearer and more focused.

You'll walk away feeling centred, grounded and ready to own your day.

Suitable for all levels.

Restorative Yoga

Our restorative class is aimed at calming the body and mind - aligning the physical and mental states by practicing stillness as well as gentle, simple movements while being wholly present to achieve a deep level of relaxation. It allows room to see clearly, find our natural state, and give the body a chance to rejuvenate and heal. Both the heart rate and blood pressure is lowered due to this practices ability to trigger the parasympathetic nervous system and stimulate the immune system. After this practice you will feel peaceful, nourished, relaxed and rested down to the cellular level.

Suitable for beginners, seniors, pregnant women and those who feel "burnt out".

Suitable for all levels.

Power Yoga

Dynamic and intensely satisfying, Power Yoga builds heat, strength and endurance as you align and connect your movement with your breath.

Incorporating traditional teachings with anatomical focus areas, this practice powerfully transforms both mind and body. We use the body as tool of self-discovery taking you deep into the physical experience. Power Yoga conditions the entire body whilst quieting the mind and is an extremely effective form of all-body fitness.

Suitable for the confident beginner to the more experienced.

A fusion of the ancient practice of Yoga from the east and posture enhancing dynamics of Pilates from the west. Working from the inside out, Yogalates improves body awareness and alignment to help develop proper movement patterns that we use in our daily lives.

Yogalates awakens and strengthens the core muscles through Pilates movement while incorporating the asana (postures) of Yoga and its wonderful applied wisdom. We practice mindfully using the breath; the ease of breath, ease of pose and ease of mind enhancing a flow of calm, yet energised vitality through the body.

The use of resistance bands and/or Pilates balls are functionally used which assist with stretches, rotations and resistance (which replicate some of the exercises on the Pilates machines). These help open the hip joints as well as warm the muscles. Through our guided class you will learn to recruitment your core strength in static holds, slow flow movements, standing and balancing postures with ease and efficiency as you fine-tune the core of body.

Every class is concluded with time dedicated to relax in Savasana.

Suitable for all levels.

A fusion of fluid flowing movement typical to Vinyasa Yoga and the slower-paced style of Yoga known as Yin. A wonderful way to dive deep into the physical body to release built up tension as well as a chance for the mind to stop and for you to just be!

We will start with a 30-minute Vinyasa flow using breath and movement to warm up the entire muscular system of the body and then follow with a 30-minute Yin practice to get deep into the connective tissues and organs of the body. Both these Yin and Yang practices combined together will be both stimulating as well assist in achieving a deeper relaxation to conclude with.

Suitable for anyone new to yoga, so all beginners welcome to the more advanced.

Our Slow Flow class is slower paced and gentler than our Vinyasa classes. Postures, at times may be held for a touch longer, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate yogis who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

Slow Flow classes allow you to find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class whilst remaining completely connected with your breath.

A combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, Slow Flow has fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga.

Experience the more meditative and calming effects of Slow Flow, whilst continuing to reap the benefits of improved strength and flexibility.

Suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities from beginners to the more experienced.

Yoga is a “wellbeing” practice; it allows us to truly listen to our innate wisdom not only on our mats but also in everyday life. It gives us insight and an understanding of our true self and of life within this greater existence. As we can hear our intuition more clearly we have the opportunity to blossom from our depth, to openly and freely express our greatest potential and live a joyful, passionate life.
— Julie Kradolfer, Co-Founder & General Manager of Powerlife
Yoga, is the highlight of my week. I carry tightness in my shoulders and back due to my high stress job and yoga dissolves it all. I go home feeling relaxed and have a restful nights sleep. It is a great balance between my running and surfing. I become one with my body during yoga, it’s very surreal for me.
— Manda, Nurse and Surfer
Powerlife classes are always vibrant and challenging. Stuart’s classes are wonderful for developing strength and resolve. His classes are dynamic and challenging. He brings an intuitive style to each class with different sequences to keep one guessing.

I have tried heaps of yoga classes, overseas and in Australia but never loved a class more than Julie’s in Moffat Beach, she is the absolute best instructor.
— Christina, Fitness Trainer and New Mum
THANK the UNIVERSE for Julie’s Yoga Class!! Everytime I come to yoga, I feel back to normal and focused. It centres me and for the rest of the day my mind is organised and pumping with ideas. I feel part of a team at Powerlife, your constant support is so encouraging. I’m so happy I found you.
— Amanda, Canine Myotherapist
The teachers at Powerlife provide a safe and supported environment to help people like myself practice and learn new ways of moving and all while making the process really easy to understand and enjoyable. Originally I was nervous going from my private one-on-one yoga sessions to a yoga class, but after speaking with Julie I soon became hooked on the diverse style of classes. Classes are not at all intimidating, they are energising as well as peaceful, especially when practicing yoga in a class with other like-minded people.
