He has worked as head trainer for the past 10 years in various gyms in Melbourne and now, he is the main instructor and personal trainer at Powerlife.

What Happens in the Free Training Consultation?

The consultation lasts around 30 minutes and you will come into our studio for a completely free and no-obligation consultation. We will offer you our best advice whether or not you decide to train with us, because we are committed to our community and like to provide the best guidance, no matter what.

We'll talk about your goals and lifestyle, and we'll recommend the ideal programme for your situation. Your personal trainer will happily answer any questions you may have, including any health and fitness questions that are unrelated to training with us. It's also our opportunity to demonstrate how we can assist you in having a great time while working hard to reaching your goals.

How much does the Personal Training cost?

Prices start at $55 for 30-minute sessions and $80 for 45-minute sessions. You can also arrive 10 minutes before your session, so a half-hour session gives you 40 minutes total. By doing your personalised warm-up in our cardio zone, you’ll make sure you’re ready to go when it’s time for your session! Also, the trainings are created to be effective and intense enough to the intended duration, so you only need half an hour to work out when you train one-on-one at our Studio and typically an hour for small groups. For mobile Personal Training, our prices depend on your location.

Will I be Sore?

Only if you want to! Every time, your personal trainer will train you to the optimum intensity, thus this will be different for everyone. Most people want to feel a touch tight the next day while walking upstairs, but this is totally up to you. Your personal trainer is there to keep you healthy and active all week, not weary and hurting! And, no, there's nothing to be afraid of. We are specialists that are passionate about assisting you in having fun while improving your performance and seeking your goals.

Are there any hidden fees and contracts?

There are no hidden or joining fees. You will only ever be charged for what you intend to use. We just bill you for the number of Personal Training sessions you intend to do in a fortnight.  If you are away or unwell, you will not be charged. Simply notify your Personal Trainer (with at least 12 hours notice) and you can make up for your weekly session whenever you choose. your Personal training sessions have no expiry dates. It's a much more equitable option than losing your money at the gym every time you miss a week or two! Also, you can do like most customers and buy 10, 30, or 50 sessions in order to take advantage of our bulk buy discount rates.

What types of exercises will I be doing in the training?

It will depend on your personal ability, capacity and goals, which means that we tailor the session to your specific requirements. Everyone has a distinct body type, as well as different fitness strengths and weaknesses, therefore it is critical that we develop programmes that are ideal for you.
